Hello, I'm Cyndy, the maker behind Cyndy Soap—a small Canadian business where every soap, balm, and botanical fragrance is handcrafted with care.

My journey into soap making began when I realized that many commercial soaps weren't helping my family's sensitive skin. Rather than relying on products filled with harsh detergents, unnecessary fillers, and chemicals, I decided to learn the traditional art of cold process soap making using nourishing oils, butters, and carefully chosen ingredients to pamper our skin—because I believe we all deserve products that are made with care.

What began as a personal solution soon became a passion.

As I watched the difference handmade soap made for my own family, I found myself wanting to create products that others could enjoy as well. That passion continues to inspire every recipe I develop and every product I make.

Today, every item is handcrafted by me in small batches here in Ontario. From formulating each recipe to designing every product, label, and package, I personally create everything that leaves my workshop.

I believe skincare should be nourishing, thoughtfully crafted, and beautiful.

That's why I carefully select ingredients known for their quality and skin-loving properties. My soaps naturally retain glycerin created during the soap-making process, helping leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized, while every recipe is thoughtfully formulated with both beauty and function in mind.

One of my favourite parts of soap making is the creativity it allows. Every batch is individually poured, cut, and finished by hand, making each bar unique. No two are ever exactly alike—and I think that's part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

Over the years, Cyndy Soap has grown beyond soap. Today I also create handcrafted lip balms, nourishing tallow skincare, natural deodorants, and botanical fragrances, all made with the same commitment to quality, simplicity, and careful attention to detail.

I don't believe in rushing the process or taking shortcuts. I believe that quality comes from patience, continuous learning, and a genuine love for creating products that I would proudly use myself and share with those I care about.
