Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy my products. However, everyone's skin is different, so I recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

All products are handcrafted in the same workspace, so they may come into contact with common allergens.

Important:

For external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and rinse thoroughly with water.
If pregnant or under medical care, consult your healthcare provider before using products containing essential oils.
Not intended for use on infants unless specifically stated.

To help your soap last longer:

Allow it to dry completely between uses.
Use a draining soap dish.
Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid airtight plastic containers, as cold process soap benefits from air circulation.
For best quality, use within 12 months of purchase.

Unlike many commercial soaps, my cold process soaps naturally retain glycerin, which is created during the soap-making process. Glycerin helps attract moisture to the skin, leaving it feeling soft and nourished.

My recipes are made with carefully selected oils, butters, clays, botanicals, and other skin-loving ingredients. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Because they are handmade, slight variations in colour, design, or texture are completely normal and part of what makes every batch unique.

📦 Returns

Due to the personal nature of soaps and skincare products, I do not accept returns on opened or used items.
